The pricing for services can differ significantly depending on the volume and nature of the work involved. Estimates are provided free of charge, with no obligation to purchase services. We will only reach out to you regarding matters directly related to your project. 

We mean business and want to be sure you do, too.  Regrettably, not everyone shares this perspective. Our experience indicates that requiring a deposit can mitigate potentially adverse behaviors. 

We often finalize projects within a few days; however, this is contingent upon the project's size and our current workload. The estimated timeline for your project is provided in your initial quotation. Rest assured, your project will be completed by the specified deadline. Should we anticipate any delays, we will communicate with you prior to the due date. Modifications to the project's scope may necessitate a revision of the deadline and could result in additional costs. 

We are happy to do rush jobs if our workload permits. Just ask!

The Polished Page is restricted by copyright regulations from utilizing pictures, images, clipart, or any other materials sourced from the Internet and/or those lacking specific licensing. Instead, we have the capability to recreate numerous items and can sometimes locate suitable stock from public domain websites that offer free resources. Additionally, we can obtain licenses for images from stock photography platforms, which we are pleased to arrange on your behalf. Please be aware that if licensed stock photography was not included in your original quote there may be an extra fee, typically ranging from $15 to $30, depending on the chosen image. We assure you that these charges will not be applied without your consent. 

The format we provide will depend on your specific request. Should you require a report, we will typically deliver it in a Microsoft Word document. For presentations, a PowerPoint file is usually what we send. If you need a print or digital advertisement, we are likely to provide a PDF or JPEG format. If you are uncertain or have particular requirements, do not hesitate to inquire. We are more than willing to accommodate nearly any format you may need. 

We acknowledge and anticipate that revisions may be necessary. Upon receiving your project from us, we will offer up to two revisions within 10 business days of the document(s) being returned, provided that the requested modifications fall within the parameters of the original project. We are also willing to provide a quote for any changes that extend beyond the initial request. 

Although we take great pride in delivering precise and high-quality documents, any corrections required due to our errors will not be considered part of the revision count and will be addressed promptly.

Our approach varies based on the specific project. For files created in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, the answer is yes, you will be able to make changes to the file. We utilize Adobe Creative Cloud applications for the development of materials such as logos, infographics, print and digital advertisements, PDFs, brochures, and similar items. It is common for our clients to lack access to these applications, which means you may not be able to edit the files. However, the cost of our service includes revisions. After the completion of a project, we retain your documents and artwork and are pleased to accommodate any updates you may request at a future time.  To initiate this process, please submit a new quote request. 

Upon the completion of your project, we will issue an electronic invoice, which will be due for payment within 15 days. Payments can be made using credit cards through our website: www.the-polished-page.com
